My name is George Bardenheier and I help companies of all sizes grow their profits through proven, measurable and methodical data-driven marketing approaches.

After graduating from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, I entered the direct marketing industry where marketing technology enabled marketers to leverage analytics and data segmentation to send marketing messages to specific groups of prospects (B2B and B2C).  

For the past  20 years, I have run leading marketing agencies that specialize in database marketing, email/website/social media marketing, CRM, data analytics, life event marketing, and content marketing to satisfy client’s need to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Before starting my marketing advisory firm, Bardenheier Growth Strategies, I was President of Web Decisions, an Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Company that delivered sophisticated omnichannel marketing message delivery solutions. My day to day responsibility was managing sales, marketing, client services, thought leadership, and human resources.  I was recruited by the company’s investors to help prepare that company for sale, and in May 2017 the company was successfully sold to Deloitte Digital.

Since that sale, I have independently provided my marketing expertise to clients who need help harnessing the power of marketing and revenue generation best practices to accelerate their company’s revenue and profit growth.  One of my key deliverables is to help my clients select the most appropriate marketing automation, email marketing, social media, and content marketing solutions.  I then implement these solutions and either train the client on using these SaaS-based tools or manage them myself as an outsourced marketing department.  Let me help you!
